- Start with the middle of the belt over your navel.
- Wrap both ends around your back and then bring both ends back to the front.
- Bring the right side under the middle section and pull out above the wrap. (Make sure to keep holding the left side so you are coming under both parts of the belt).
- Cross the right side under the left side (makes an “x”) and pull the end of the right side through the middle of the “x” and tighten.
