Leadership Team

We pride ourselves on having the best, most knowledgeable & passionate instructors around! Our leadership program has proven to be incredibly successful in not only creating great teachers but awesome human beings as well. Most of our staff has trained with us for decades and started with us as white belts, working their way through the ranks, learning leadership skills along the way, and learning the best teaching techniques available from the best of the best in the industry! Our leadership programs start as early as 8yrs old after they reach brown belt! We consistently attend seminars to stay up to date with the latest teaching techniques and we have consistent staff leadership training to make sure all instructors are on the same page with the curriculum and how to pass our knowledge to students as best we can!

Future Leaders (8-11yr olds): Begin assisting and observing lead instructors in classes

Elite Teens (12-15 yr olds): Assist instructors & begin taking a bigger leadership role in classes

Junior Instructors (16-17 yr olds): Students can now lead a class on their own after complete all training required

Adult Instructors (18yrs olds): Trained in all the best teaching techniques and master of the curriculum.
