Circuit Training

STARTING JANUARY 2ND 2022
Our new circuit training allows you to show up and train at any point in the day and week! We have instructors on hand, from 5 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday ready to help you get your workout in whenever you can make it! We are here to help you improve overall health, strength, and well being at your convenience!

- 30-Min. HIIT Exercises & Kickboxing Workout, 12 Stations with 2 Minute Rounds
- No Set Class Times, Show Up Anytime; 5am-5pm
- Unlimited Training, Whenever You Want
